Prickly Pear Gin n Tonic

• 1.5 oz. gin or vodka
• 1 oz. prickly pear tonic syrup
• splash of sparkling water
• serve over ice w/ a twist of lime

Desert Daisy

• 1.5 oz. bourbon
• 1 oz. prickly pear tonic syrup
• 2 dashes bitters
• shake it all up and pour over ice
