Bourbon Cowboy

• 1.5 oz. bourbon
• 1 oz. smoked fig tonic
• 1.5 oz. blood orange juice
• 1 egg white
• shake w/ ice then pour into a coupe glass

Bourbon n Tonic

• 1.5 oz. bourbon
• 1 oz. smoked fig tonic syrup
• splash of sparkling water
• serve over ice w/ a twist
